So far I’ve been a customer 3 times. Each time I had to wait 25-30 minutes for my order.

Avoid this place! Service was horrible and it was trashed after the lunch crowd.
Been here a few times and the food has always been great. Best ihop I've been to
Gone here twice & both times I didn't get good service. The first time I was here I got hit on by management in front of my wife. Both times the food was semi cold.They really need to fix up the place
Don't recommend the steak tips breakfast....over easy eggs come out scrambled, onions, mushrooms, & steak not cooked completely. Steak tastes like it was fried in syrup.
