we had to wait 1/2 hour to get pancakes that were cold when they arrived. The hash browns were overly crispy. And our waitress served 2 other tables that arrived after us( one not even hers). She kept passing us and never asked if we wanted refills or anything. AND she had rotted teeth which made the dining experience even more unappetizing. I will not go back to that IHOP or recommend it to anyone. Very disappointing experience.That was a double negative star rating.

Do you have new management? Service is so much better than it used to be. Service was not slow at all. Our server was really friendly, got our food out to us quickly, and kept our tea refilled. No complaints here!
