Waited on a server for 10 minutes at the door when they showed up I told her I needed to table for two she looks at me and said what do you need I replied to her again then she said sorry I didn’t hear you and takes out her ear pods. I told her it ok and I left out of the restaurant. There is always a issue here a this location.
This place is ridiculous. They are rarely busy but you wait on your food FOREVER! Today is my birthday, was traveling yesterday all day...just wanted to doordash some breakfast for my bday....NEVER AGAIN! The dasher has been waiting on my food a long time, its on the way but OVER AN HOUR LATER. Even the dasher is complaining how they're always slow. Was inside Hickory IHOP a few months back and overheard 2 dashers complaining how slow they are. Get it together IHOP. IF MY FOOD IS COLD I'LL BE REQUESTING A REFUND.
Best experience in months! The restaurant has definitely taken a turn since our last few visits. Our server was YaYa, and she did wonderful and kept checking on us. Making sure everything was okay! The store was clean and the food was great. , will definitely be coming back!
I visited recently and have been a few other times. My experience has always been great. Friendly staff and good food.
