I’m so sorry that IHOP is doing so bad because I used to go to the one out of the mall and it was very bright cheerful now this one is very dark and just not a very good atmosphere at all. I wish they would brighten the inside up change the way they do their paying for your bill not having to wait and wait for someone to go find Change for you.
