Donna was a wonderful waitress she was very funny and sweet definitely had some great laughs with her definitely would love to have her as a waitress again
****Update: my bank account shows the withdrawal from IHOP, no refund was ever issued.**** Very busy Sunday. I placed order at 10:30 am. 🤔Checked at 11am then waited in very busy lobby until 12:05pm. A tall gentlemen couldn't find my order in the system so a quick order was rushed with a glance at my phone. 🧐The rushed ordered wasn't what I ordered missing components to make it the breakfast sandwich &hash browns with biscuits n gravy. Manager left after being there 13 hours, assistant manager literally threw a short stack at a server as I was waiting to check out. Doubt I will be back
When I arrived at IHOP I was greeted at the door. The customer service was excellent. The manager Shawn checked on each guest throughout the day.
