Director of iHome Solutions changed the amount he offered for buying our home last minute and dropped 20 thousand dollars off contract selling price because although the contract says he’s buying the home “as is” last minute he says that the value of the home was miscalculated and we were told we had one hour to agree to the new selling price or he wouldn’t continue with the sale.
