Very disappointing experience. The salesperson (a lady) was extremely rude and unprofessional. Most of the time the store was closed and locked, and she was rarely there during business hours. I was promised an estimate the same day, but after almost two weeks of calling and waiting, I still never received it. My calls were not answered, and there was no follow-up at all. I eventually gave up due to the lack of communication and basic customer service. I would not recommend this place.
They have very good materials, quality kitchen and bathroom appliances, and good prices.
The iHome team did an amazing job with this floating media cabinet. They spent the time to fully design it to your desired color, style, dimensions, materials. They are fair with pricing and communicated expectations and status. Will be coming back for future projects!
