We have been going here for years already. From Andy to the optom, all the staff, were very nice and possess good customer service. The eye check up was done in a professional way, the explanations, very precise, so I am very satisfied. As a matter of fact, my husband and son, both got their own eyeglasses from here, too! Thanks, Andy and the team at Iholics! We will definitely go back!
Visited IHolics Optician Calamvale on 30 April 2025 & selected glasses frame & lenses. Optometrist test Sat 3 May, script prepared for lens. But on completion Owner "adjusted" script ?? Waited till 29 May for collection, as problems of chipping & scratching during preparation of lens. Wore new glasses for several hours day & night 30 May, & weekend, swapping between new & old, for comparison, sadly felt no difference, BUT sore eyes & headache attained. Excellent customer service and attention to detail. A very broad range of quality frames. I chose Masunaga with premium Zeiss lenses. The staff ensured my satisfaction with both fitting and optics. I will send my partner there, also.
Iholics at Calamvale are the best optometrists in Brisbane. I am 85 and have been buying specs since i was 12. Never had more professional competent or more friendly service anywhere in the world than that of Andy and Leanne. They only supply the best lenses and frames you can buy at a reasonable price. Will improve your vision even if you have macular degeneration like me
Excellent service. As a high myopic customer, finding the right frame is extremely important. Andy did not hesitate to bring in frames for me to try and spent time with me choosing a suitable frame that I felt confident in. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a good pair of frame and premium lens. Besides getting prescription glasses, I was also offered trial contact lens! Awesome experience.
