I have hired this company twice to do plumbing work at my home. Both times we have had trouble with the plumbers. The first time the plumber didn't fix the valves on the bathroom sink, just installed the faucet and wouldn't even check the valves and we woke up to a flood in our bathroom the next day. Plus he left all the garbage on the floor for me to clean up. Had to call on a Saturday to get someone out to fix the other guys mistakes. Husband called them instead of our regular plumber to drain snake our clogged kitchen sink. They charged us almost $400!!! So overpriced.

I had a pretty disappointing experience with Ihn Company. They were referred to me by a friend who works with them often, and the initial communication was good. The plumbers themselves were also nice while they were at the house. Where things went wrong was the pricing and follow-through. I made the mistake of not confirming the price ahead of time to clear and scope my sewer line. The job took about 50 minutes and the bill came to about $800.
