I was charged $235 for what was supposed to be a free estimate of how they could improve my crocks. I asked if there was a charge on my initial call and the office lady told me no. Doug came out and looked in my crocks with his flashlight and basically told me to call the city to discuss the water table and that will be $235 for my 45 minutes. Good work, but shocked by the cost $465 to replace a bathroom faucet He did give the price and I agreed because I was in a bind and pressed for time I will shop for better pricing going forward and would use them again if their prices were more inline with competitors another plumbing company already told me they would have changed $200 Im guessing he sensed my desperation and his quote would have adjusted accordingly Lessons learned Just shop around and have another source ready Craig N Bremem St

I could not be more appreciative of this company!! They showed up within a couple hours of my call, walked me through everything they were doing and could not have been nicer. Mike, Junior and Adam - I will recommend you to anyone who has a sewer issue. If I could give more stars I would

Very dissapointed. I was recommended IHN by a "family friend" of the owner Jim. The work was half done, and my house was left a mess. There was old water splattered all over my stair well walls, wood shavings all over the basement including in my washing machine, on top of my dryer and in the sink between them. The technicians told me i didn't need a water softener and they removed mine "free of charge" so now i have no pipes to the water softener OR a water softener because they took the liberty (or laziness) of me not need... read more
