Sewer backing up in the local church bathrooms I had the IHN team out to take a look and they found collapsed pipe in the lateral. The were able to get temporary fix in an afternoon which included hand digging 5 feet down! Great effort and services were held on that following Sunday. The following week they came back, excavated and replaced the damaged lateral and restored full system function that day. My experiance was very positive and would recommend their services.
Have had billing issues with them twice. Once did unapproved work without notify me, then misquoted me over the phone saying it was either one price or the other, then received the statement and both were billed. Get a written quote prior to having them work!

IHN Company was fantastic! Our sump pump burned out on a Sunday night during historic rain and flooding. I called them Monday morning at 6:45 am, and someone was at our house at 8:15 am. As soon as the sump pump was replaced, the water started receding. Thank you for the great service!
