Very dissapointed. I was recommended IHN by a "family friend" of the owner Jim. The work was half done, and my house was left a mess. There was old water splattered all over my stair well walls, wood shavings all over the basement including in my washing machine, on top of my dryer and in the sink between them. The technicians told me i didn't need a water softener and they removed mine "free of charge" so now i have no pipes to the water softener OR a water softener because they took the liberty (or laziness) of me not need... read more
Service was very good, they were great in every way possible. Workmanship was great clean and and relatively quick.
We spent over 5K capsulatint the crawl space 2 years back. For last few months we have been noticing musty smell in the basement coming from crawl space area. I contacted the company since they already worked in the house. Multiple things went wrong- 1. They sent out plumber when I clearly mentioned about a foundation issue 2. Plumber came in totally unprepared. He didn’t even have flash light to look into the crawl space area.
