Horrible bank! Wish I had never got a loan with them! Bought a car a while back was told after 90 days I could refinance. HA! 90 days comes I call. They say, “actually you can’t refinance until after 6 months.” Okay!!! I wait til the 6 months mark they then tell me “sorry, your car isn’t worth what you have left on your loan so you can’t refinance it.” Great! I didn’t want a $400 car loan and only took it BECAUSE I WAS TOLD I COULD REFINANCE IT! Then I find out $3000 or something crazy was added to the loan to cover CAR INSU... read more
I did have a 5 atar review for them, but I have to say I feel like I'm a burden when I go in. NO ONE us friendly, just that fake professional smile and condescention.
Tried to buy a buy a cd...they would not do it until they looked at my credit rating..I walked
