Thee worst place to try to talk to someone. I have been on hold for 48 minutes. Waited in que as well, when someone calls you back, the call automatically drops. I received an email saying I must have forgot a payment that is automated from my bank on 3/19/2024. Called to tell them I checked with my bank and the payment went through like it always does on the 1st of every month. Why am I getting this email 20 days later? When they were running the 2% refi deal a few years back is when I left Wells Fargo for this 2% loan. I w... read more
We were there when I needed them and I was from Illinois so it’s good to know they’re branching out other cities like Des Moines where I am now 5 stars
