I’ve been doing business with Mississippi Valley for years. They’re ok, although their online services could be improved a little bit. It would also be nice if they expanded their presence into Ames and other Iowa communities too. However the people in this office are usually pretty easy to work with whenever I need assistance.

Got their credit card flyer in the mail. Terrible product compared to other credit cards offered by local credit unions. No intro rate, just a flat rate. Greater Iowa offers 1.99% for X amount of months. Other credit unions offer 0% for X amount of months. Would not recommend this financial institution for any products based on their credit card.
