The office looked to be in disarray and the staff was sniffling and sick at work. The hearing ‘professional’ seemed very abrupt and rude to the ESL customers - she didn’t seem to have much patience with her patients and reeked of unpleasant perfume.
I am newish to hearing aids ( 3 years) and its been a frustrating journey, having Reverse Slope hearing does not help the struggle. I have called, emailed and walked into the office so many times for assistance and I have been treated with so much understanding and kindness every time. Sam is lovely to deal with, she has compassion and care which is slowing fading in customer service. If it wasn't for her, I feel I would be without hearing aids and struggling further. I have been an iHear Unicare client for over two years and I have been hard of hearing for more than 10 years and sought out various hearing clinics. iHear Unicare is the best of all the clinics that I have been with. Especially the staffs are professional and have delivered quality hearing services. Also, you can get your hearing aids cleaned out without an appointment.

Norm and his staff have been incredibly helpful and great to deal with. Always going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. 10/10 I highly recommend to everyone for all their hearing needs, great selection and supply of hearing aids and accessories, and can help with many different budgets. I travel 2 hours just to see norm because the service and treatment I receive are worth the drive compared to other places.
