I have been going to this location for several years. The staff is very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing my hearing. They are friendly and professional and wait times are not long. They also recommend the best hearing aids for my needs, not necessarily the most expensive. When I compared pricing, this company has lower rates than some larger chains. Went in for a hearing test for employment. Appointment booked within a week and quick test with friendly staff all around. Norman did my test, very professional. No issues at all, was billed what I was quoted.
Be careful with this place. Ask for detailed quote before ordering anything to avoid scam. There are not professional. There can't billing directly from insurance. This is mostly empty space waiting foe customers. Is better to avoid them.
