I’ve always had great service over the last three years! This last week my hearing aids sort of crashed for the first time so I phoned and was able to get in today with an appointment at 11am. Caught a bus this morning at 9:30 and went to the office, and thought I would wait until Norm come in at 11am. The lady at the front desk told me that she could probably help me and asked a couple questions about my experience. I was having with them.
