I’ve always had great service over the last three years! This last week my hearing aids sort of crashed for the first time so I phoned and was able to get in today with an appointment at 11am. Caught a bus this morning at 9:30 and went to the office, and thought I would wait until Norm come in at 11am. I have been going to this location for several years. The staff is very knowledgeable and thorough in assessing my hearing. They are friendly and professional and wait times are not long. They also recommend the best hearing aids for my needs, not necessarily the most expensive. When I compared pricing, this company has lower rates than some larger chains.
