Have used ihear devices for several years and was highly satisfied with their PREVIOUS products. Ordered the new rechargeable devices and they failed to hold charge for more than 9 hours. Returned during warranty period and company would not refund purchase price as ADVERTIZED. Had to reverse credit card purchase to get my money back. SUGGEST you stay as far away from this company as possible. Definitely not a reliable company anymore.
Completely an unreliable, untrustworthy company. I bought a product from them only 2 years ago. Hearing aids are supposed to last 3-7 years. Turns out, the company had revamped with a new name and address, and completely discarded their old products, meaning a lot of features are lost if you still own a product they no longer sell on their current website.
