An amazing experience the Caloundra clinic. My expectations were exceeded by all. The reception was welcoming. My hearing expert Obi was very thorough and explained all tests and options clearly. The highlight was wearing the new device whilst Obi took me for a walk around Caloundra with real life experiences of sound and background noise. My first experience with Zara was exceptional and the reason I returned to connect in caloundra. Highly recommend.
Really positive experience. Obinna was very caring and thorough. He took the time to listen to me, understand my issues, test my hearing in the office and outside in the real world and customise the aids. Very impressed and highly recommend this man and this business.
Hi just got my new PHONAK hearing aids from OBI the audiologist at Caloundra He is fantastic he understands what he is doing a total professional unlike the one I wasted my time with at the glasses place
Have been seeing them for years now and I can't speak for the other branches but beerwah shop and girls are just amazing. I now live in caloundra but still going to beerwah.
