My family doctor, Tina Loe, is excellent. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. She always takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure I understand everything. I truly appreciate her care and support. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Genest is the best!! I left my GP recently as I was being heavily dismissed and it was very invalidated being her patient. Since seeing Dr. Genest, his way of practicing has shown me that there is still great practitioners and physicians out there - he is one of them. Update: Doctor reached out afterwards and offered to follow up after running some tests. One of the worst doctor’s appointments I’ve ever had in Vancouver. Dr. Shaye Shahri was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. If you work in healthcare, having basic people skills and empathy should be a given — unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. Great front office staff, terrible doctors, lake of respect for patients and their time, they will schedule you for a phone call with the doctor for a very minor and unimportant things, just to get paid, doctors will call 3 hours past the appointment time, save your time and find a better place, they always accept new patients because they struggle to keep the current ones.
I've been visiting this clinic regularly as a skin patient, and it's always a pleasant experience. Dr. Chao, I truly appreciate your expertise and professionalism. Reception is friendly, organized, and kind. Thanks again, Ihealthmd.☺️
