Nurse practitioner Vesna is nothing short but amazing, I have struggled many years with health issues that doctors shrug off and keep telling me I’m healthy, but I’ve struggled with chronic fatigue and pain. No one listened, or helped me. This is at the location opposite Capilano Mall, which I couldn't find on Google Maps. Dr. Genest is an absolute gem, incredibly helpful with sound advice and an earnest intent to help patients. Can't recommend him enough. Admin staff are also great, very kind and communicative. Very happy to have found this family doctor.
Had an appointment today with Dr Veerle Willeays Friday. Her phone call didn't show up because it was private number. She tried 3 times. Got a hold of me on the third try 3 days later and then proceeded to lecture me on wasting time. THEN told me to see my own Dr! This medical centre is going downhill fast!!!
