Great, effective, low cost product and outstanding customer support. Kudo's to Cristian who was professional, knowledgeable, immediately responsive and patient in answering all my questions via emails and over the phone!
This company sold me a COVID test with a shelf life of less than four months. I emailed them to request a refund the same day I received it, but they refused to either refund or replace the product. This is unacceptable business practice. First, they sell items with very short shelf lives. Second, they refuse to make it right despite being contacted immediately. And finally, their customer service just gives you the runaround.
Very satisfied and impressed with the feedback of the iHealth brand ! Above and beyond the ordinary these days!
Great company! Very helpful
One of the wirst Customer experiences. My device was malfunctioning, which was also determined by my Dr. Customer service led me confirm 3 times that it is malfunctioning, than sent me videos about correct operation. I had to answered questions 2-3 times till they accepted my answer. Very disappointed at such a bad low customer driven service. I would not do business again with iHealth. I really hope that there will be an improvement in customer service and a better training of representatives.
