I had tendinitis in my left wrist for over 5 months and I was in a lot of pain. I had tried everything but nothing helped so I decided to try acupuncture even though I was scared of it. Sister Elizabeth put me at ease and was very informative on what she was going to do to help me. She was very gentle with the needles and cupping.
