Sara, is a very professional and compassionate counsellor. The EMDR therapy she does, has helped me move the traumas out of my life once and for all. Sara, gets me, and that is what is needed on your healing journey.
Visiting Sara has been phenomenal for my mental health. Both couples and individual counselling with her has been wonderful. I found EMDR therapy with her deeply effective and would recommend anyone with traumatic memories to investigate it. I have seen a fair few therapists/psychologists, and I can’t recommend Sara highly enough.
Great consolation session with Sara ,her knowledge is beyond expectation , she helped me with EMDR therapy which was super helpful. I highly recommend Sara , she is the best in her field
