I found the iHeal topical cream is working wonders for my hamstring tear. Bruising came and went extremely fast. The light menthol is not overpowering yet comforts the affected zone. I also use the 2000mg oral oil at the same time to help the swelling which kept me from using ibuprofen. It is helping me sleep much better as well without feeling groggy! After trying many CBD brands over the last several years without success, I’m so happy to have found these guy’s. It’s about the formulation,, not pretty packaging,, lesson learned!! I tried their cbd oil called iheal essentials a 1500mg 50 millitre bottle. i was really happy when i figured out how much it helped over a few days. im able to move better almost like it lubricated the problem and swelling started to go down from a old car accident ill be back foresure the next time im going to try the 2000 and see if it takes less perday might be easier by haveing to take less drops for me in a day i tried many different cbd oils in past this 1 gives me better sleepand the affects seem stronger

The CBD oil has helped me get back on a decent sleeping schedule and also gives me the energy I need for the day, it does help with my back pain that I've had for years, it's the better alternative then taking advil and other over the counter drugs. I've only been taking it for two weeks and it's working already. Way to go guys!!.
