Professional and very comforting with every visit. Ovsanna is so good at her craft wouldn't go any where else. She is the BEST
Nobody is as good as Ovsanna at IHD Lab in Simi Valley. I go to City of Hope and many times the phlebotomist or RN has to make two or three stabs before they get it right. With Ovsanna it is always one and done with no pain! Thank you Ovsanna!
