I had a great experience at IDH Lab. The process was quick, organized, and professional from start to finish. A special thank you to Liz, who drew my blood. She was incredibly kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I barely felt the needle, and she explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. I highly recommend IDH Lab!
I was able to get all of my bloodwork done at this location with a very sweet and friendly staff member named Liz. She has a very light touch when drawing my blood that I could barely feel the needle. The office is very clean, inviting, and calm. I would recommend all patients to come to here for their lab work.
I got my blood drawn today and was so incredibly anxious. The phlebotomist, Liz, was an absolute angel. She let me lie down on the pink couch and was so incredibly supportive. I will be returning for all my future maternity blood tests. She was so fast and I felt incredibly comfortable. If the traditional doctor office environment gives you anxiety, this is the place to go! I felt like I was in a cozy home with a good friend walking me through it every step of the way.
Liz Gariby was amazing!! She was super attentive and informative. I was so nervous to come in and get my blood work done and she was extremely professional and calming.
Great service! The staff ( Liza Garibary) was friendly, professional, and efficient.
