She was incredibly kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I barely felt the needle, and she explained everything clearly, which really helped ease my nerves. Excellent customer service and a very positive experience overall. I highly recommend IDH Lab!
I was able to get all of my bloodwork done at this location with a very sweet and friendly staff member named Liz. She has a very light touch when drawing my blood that I could barely feel the needle. The office is very clean, inviting, and calm. I would recommend all patients to come to here for their lab work.
