Awesome company. Whenever I work with them they are always friendly and respectful
Does not respect other people’s property. We have had to replace bricks multiple times because they kept running them over and breaking them. Then we put up a fence to get them from running over our garden but nothing works!!! So frustrating!! They also start loud construction work at 5am!! Not respectful of the neighborhood at all!!
Be prepared for your project timeline to quadruple (or more!) once work begins. Take one look at the proposed timeline given for the Chicago Metra Grayland station project, and then how long it actually took (Milwaukee Ave. was expected closed for 3 months, and we are now approaching 2 full years instead with no end date in sight). That gives you an idea of what you can expect if you hire this company.
Company wasted my time, just because they didn't want to take the time to figure out the nature of their work. Crew were good guys though.
