Be prepared for your project timeline to quadruple (or more!) once work begins. That gives you an idea of what you can expect if you hire this company.
Company wasted my time, just because they didn't want to take the time to figure out the nature of their work. Crew were good guys though.

If you hire IHC you must really despise your neighbors. They start at 6am and leave at 3pm so the project doesn’t get done faster but you leave your neighbors miserable. They also destroy the roads nearby. Attached is a picture of across the street from their construction site where they clearly dragged something along the ground leaving debris everywhere.
