Oh I am pissed! Two scheduled appointments and Dr J a no show! I don’t know what’s going on here at this Dentist but I am so livid right now! Last week I had an appointment this guy said he was doing braces. I didn’t see any braces equipment. I didn’t see anyone in there. I sat for a few minutes. He told me to call Dr. J. Dr. J. is the best dentist. For my entire life, I was terrified of going to the dentist—it was always the most dreadful experience until I met him. I’ve been his patient for many years now. He’s super attentive to his patients and never forgets to check in with you during any procedure to make sure you’re not feeling any discomfort. By far the best dentist I've ever had, Jason is awesome and his staff is always top-notch. He's been my dentist for more than 6 years anytime I have a problem he was there for me and take care of it. I always recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you Jason
This place is a complete mess. The office is dark, outdated, and immediately gives off a lack of professionalism. They start by handing you an unnecessarily long intake form asking for excessive personal information, which already feels like a red flag. Then it gets worse. I was brought in, showed the dentist the issue (a broken filling), and he casually tells me he can fix it - just not today - because their drill isn’t working. No call ahead. No warning. Nothing. Dr Jason is the absolute best! His work is incredible and he’s a unique personable dentist…. Not many people can say they actually look forward to seeing their dentist.
