While visiting Kauai, my kayak capsized and my phone died. I was sure it was a total loss, but this guy not only brought it back to life — he did it quickly, at a very reasonable price, and with genuine kindness. He even stayed in touch and helped repair a second phone later on. Just a good dude who knows his stuff and cares about his work. Highly recommend him if you're in Kauai and need phone repair!

I was visiting from Maui for a short trip and went out on the Nā Pali Coast on a friend’s boat. The water was rough, and a rogue wave soaked my power bank and damaged my phone — the screen went completely black. I dropped it off with Hamiltone right away, and he was super responsive and communicative throughout the process. He was able to fix it quickly, and I picked it up the next day, just in time for my flight. Big mahalos for the fast, reliable service and affordable :)

This guy is awesome. My phone just died on vacation. Wouldn't charge at all. Within a couple of hours he had a new battery and part installed. Phone is working better than ever. Prices are fair and he kept in contact with me on prices and parts. Highly recommend. Thank you again.

Was able to replace a battery for a old iPhone in a timely manner and at a very good price, Even though he had to send away for the battery, he was able to accomplish the project in half the time as other quotes
