Okay, so my nurse called me today and we had a lot of trouble getting touch because they do not have a portal, and they are quite unorganized. The nurse not the doctor told me that my treatment for C-diff may have failed and never even offered me or discussed treatment options like Fidaxomicin which was released in 2011, and instead Vancomycin, from 1958. Now they are trying to get me to do another Colonoscopy if the C-diff results are negative and I've never even talked to the doctor, his assistant, or anyone but a nurse pr... read more
Everything about my experience with Dr. Herrera and his staff was a pleasant experience. The doctor and his staff are very friendly and quick to answer any questions you may have.
Every staff member was very nice. They made you feel comfortable before your procedure
Everyone treats you like your very special . I had a very good experience with everyone in the office. They were all very friendly and helpful. It’s the same every year when I go to Dr Herrakka’s office.
This medical group operates like a well oiled machine. Every one of staff are polite, positive and know their jobs. I was very pleased with the Doctor and all staff.
