LOVE Dr. Martin! I've never had a conplai6in the past. Office staff really got me today. I called as a courtesy today on my way in to let them know I was trying to get there and would be a few minutes late due to horrible traffic. They told me there was a 15 minute window (which I could still have made). I was told they would put out a message to the doctor to see if she would still see me (per policy). Loved the np i saw (c bates) she listened very well and was extremely receptive to helping me in every way possible. However the receptionist was the meanest lady i’ve ever interacted with so if you can get past her and get to a room you’ll have a good experience.
I love this place went to 2 of my pregnancies here
