Loved the np i saw (c bates) she listened very well and was extremely receptive to helping me in every way possible. However the receptionist was the meanest lady i’ve ever interacted with so if you can get past her and get to a room you’ll have a good experience.

I have not had the best experiences in the last few months when being there, whether on the phone or in office. The previous issues I had, I felt I had to fish for answers or they were kind of vague. Throughout the years, I had rapport and would be able to get what I need without a hard time at all because My Dr knew me and understood my body. In the later years, it has felt like they don't want to help or that I don't belong there. Almost uncared for. Ive switched out of IHA.
First appointment was 3 years ago for IUD insertion. Went great it’s in there I guess, shouldn’t have approved the student being in there, felt too vulnerable. My fault on that one. I returned this year. Sometimes you only write reviews when things aren’t going so well. My one gripe is with the nurse practitioner, Emily Amoe, when I presented to the OB/GYN office it was with the intent of talking about removing my IUD, that is what my scheduled appointment request stated.
