I decided to go with the Midwives here because I heard good things about them. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The first round of bloodwork they did indicated to me that my iron looked on the lower side. I talked to the Midwife about this and they said it’s not unusual and it’s not that low. We had the pleasure of working with these amazing midwives. We met most of the midwives the office has to offer and every one of them offered something different. Each one them were so informative, caring, focused and present. From the many useful appointments during pregnancy all the to labor and delivery we were heard and treated like family. Absolutely do not go here. They lie about treatment cost estimates. They lie in their charting. They pressure you into compliance and they do not know enough to safely deliver a baby. $6,000+ out of pocket costs for an emergency c section plus our baby now needs to see a neurosurgeon from being stuck in my pelvis and pushing for 4 hours. Plus, whatever midwife happens to be at the hospital will be the one who delivers for you. You cannot choose a midwife. You get what is given and thats that.
