They have the worst communication and scheduling I have ever dealt with. Long story short- I call/ get called 6 times to schedule one appointment because they couldn’t find paperwork the previous caller had, they didn’t agree on which tests I needed done, and they called to schedule before they got the doctors okay. At the end of the first appointment, the doctor (incredibly nice! What a great place! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. They put Steph's worries at ease. Dr. Green told her not to worry, that the team was there for her every step of the way. I'm so thankful I got to go and witness this and take notes to help be a part of that team. Thank you, IHA Maternal-Fetal Medicine for helping calm the nerves and take care of moms-to-be.
