it’s already 20 minutes past the appointment time and we’re still waiting. humorously, if we had come in for our appointment 5 minutes ago, they would have kicked us out for being too late.
Always a very long wait time. Its such a hassle to pay with your debit card and no insurance. Every time they try to charge me more than once, lose track of what ive paid for... And the receptionists are always soooo rude. Im almost 20 wks pregnant and i will be switching OB's completely. Im done with IHA. This office is awful and the ypsi one isn't much better.
Absolutely amazing. I’ll never go anywhere else for OB/GYN needs. Their prompt in making appointments, getting back to you with results/messages, every staff/faculty member I’ve spoken with is courteous. I highly recommend Paula Blankenship. She’s phenomenal at her job.
