I have never had a bad experience with this office. A little out of the way for me but worth the drive. Appointments are easy to get, even same day and they are always on time. I have never had to wait for more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. LOVE my doctor, Mark Lindley. Also any tests that you need to obtain are readily available. I will/have recommended this place often.
This Internal Medicine office management staff is terrible. I am sure it is just a few bad ones, That make me dislike the whole place. But I have made many calls to correct them. They do not care about you as the patient all they want is your money. I went in to see my doctor witch was a great doctor But I am sure she will not stay. I will go where she goes next but not here.
