Incredibly rude receptionist from the moment she answered the phone. Absolutely zero customer service here, or any manners at all really. They do not listen to you, talk over you, interrupt you on the phone and just out right ignored questions I asked to talk over me. Very sad as a lot of people have a lot of anxiety surrounding doctors and making appointments, and some simply just didn’t have anyone show them and are trying to navigate doctors and insurance on their own. I rarely leave reviews, but as I wrap up my time here I wanted to give the staff a huge thank you. I’ve now had two pregnancies with this practice and truly have nothing but positive feedback to the entire office. The receptionists remember who you are and I was always greeted with a friendly welcome. Alyssa is fantastic, I’ve never seen that girl in a bad mood! The staff is always super sweet, and the new look is beautiful!
If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Rebecca Tostige Ruthberg is dismissive, unhelpful, and negligent to the point of endangering her patients. I came to her with an ongoing breast issue, and she outright refused all of my requests for testing or further examination. Instead of doing her job—investigating concerns and ensuring proper care—she brushed me off completely and told me to go back to my primary doctor. The practitioners here are wonderful, (Dr. Deporre and Dr. Christie are amazing!) and the office staff is helpful. What I appreciate the most is the transparent billing and estimates. I know what I'm going to have to pay before my appointment begins, not many places do that.
