This is a long overdue review, but a couple years ago my air conditioner condensation drain pan thing(?) cracked and started leaking. I ended up having iGuard Air replace my entire A/C because it cost nearly as much to replace the part alone, as well as my furnace because it was really old and might as well! My house was not an easy job, as it’s on a slab and the furnace and A/C are in a tight crawl space in the attic. Not to mention it gets INSANELY hot upstairs without the A/C, it is a bungalow. This company is GREAT! Not only did they actually answer their own phones (so many around here send the calls to a call center), they got us in within a couple days! Our situation was not emergent so I am sure if it was, they would of worked to help us sooner. That said, they were honest, did an overall check, answered questions, and most importantly fixed us up for a fair price. Grateful I found these guys!
Joe was excellent. Very professional. Very courteous. Did all that was necessary without pushing extras. Also was very thorough to make sure everything was safe and in good condition. I would give him 10 stars if I could.
