Don’t go to this car wash if you value your car. Took my wife’s brand new 2023 Subaru Crosstrex there today, Thursday April 13th, and when I got home noticed that the top of the car was all scratched up! I went back and asked for the manager who I was told was Miguel, on his shirt it said Antonio. He kept denying that it happened there and wouldn’t take any responsibility. I know for sure it happened there because I went straight home afterwards and nowhere else.
I used to really like going to this place because it’s the closest car wash to my house. Now, not so much. This place does not allow you to vacuum during the day, only at nights because of an accident that occurred. This confuses me because I would assume accidents are more likely to occur during the evening when visability has decreased.
