I just had my Absolute black Bmw M340 detailed at Splash car wash & 5 Star Detailing . The Crew was incredible , they did an amazing job Paul the manager personally greeted me upon my arrival and was there when i picked up my amazing looking car They made it look like new I couldn't be happier

Someone at Splash Carwash in Brockport, NY submitted a bill of $21.60 on my credit card at 7:03AM on 09/15/25. I got an email from Wells Fargo about the charge. I called my credit card company right away. they froze my card. If I did not get that notice, I would have been billed every month for that membership. It had to be someone in that works for the company that did this, since no one else ever had my card. I was waiting to get my car washed this women I later found out through people around town that her name is Deanne sue cookerow she was married her married name was Deanne Moyer but she was very disruptive she was blaring her music and causing a scene with other patrons I asked the guys that worked there he was a bigger black guy I think he said his name was Ryan he said he went and spoke to the women but her dog was being aggressive and he didn't want to get involved i asked to speak to a supervisor and he ignored me and sa... read more

My wife & I pay a monthly fee to get our vehicles washed, figured it would be quick & easy, well, it's not!!!!!  our vehicles never get recognized, even withthe sticker theyput on the front windshield. I am tired of the excuses oh it's your license plate cover or its not working today!!!!!   It's never worked & we are tired of giving the same information over & over & over & over again!!!!!!!!   We paid for the package we wanted if I want extras I'll get em!!!!!!    We are both cancelling our passes!!!!  Just a way to atte... read more

Huge fraud. They have been charging me hundreds of dollars for the past months for a membership that I never asked for. It looks like I am not the only one who has been subjected to this fraud. The place needs to be investigated.

worst place ever. Went for a simple car wash and paid 80.00 for it. The girl was rude and tried to make us feel bad about the car. Really They must make money for ripping people off. Never again will this happen. Just go for a car wash because anything they offer is not worth it.

This review is specifically regarding the check-in process at the Brewster Splash location. Michael has been a great addition to the team, he’s personable, knows the package information and always has a smile on his face. In the past there always seemed to be some sort of confusion but he keeps things moving. Now every time I go there I know I will be in and out in a reasonable amount of time, and I appreciate that!
