Iguana Micro, Great! Good selection of computer parts and cables for the do it yourselfers. The owner was able to nail down and recommend exactly what I needed for an upgrade and I purchased a good priced hard drive that would work with my older desktop system.
Great Place, Great People I have been buying computer parts for a long time now and Iguana Micro really stands out from all the other small computer stores. Both Jeff and Matt give excellent customer service and really know their stuff. Many times I have come into their store not knowing exactly what I was looking for but Jeff could always point me in the right direction and help me sort out any technical difficulties I might run into.
They don't deliver when it counts! Instead of going with a big box store I decided to support one of our companies. Iguana Micro is a small store but seems pretty well stocked. Jeff, the guy at the counter, is friendly enough, but doesn't deliver when it counts. Short story is our company computer has been plagued with problems that Iguana micro built and they can't pin down the problem. It has been back 3 times for more then a reasonable amount of time. Great place The prices are pretty much the same and the selection is not that great. BUT... the customer service is great. They are very knowledgeable and will give you honest answers. They will do their best to help you are and if they can they will tell you were to go. If you don??t have time to research what you are looking for go here first.
Iguana Micro really stands out with great customer service I have been getting my computers from them for years. Pretty much all these guys sell the same stuff, and prices vary a lot depending on what you want, but the one area which is a make-or-break for me is in customer service.
Iguana Micro Iguana Micro in Hillsboro is a very small store that specializes in selling computer components. Though their selection is a bit on the small side, they do have very reasonable prices and an accommodating staff. They are growing and with a regular customer base can only get bigger with time. They are very worthy of patron support.
