i printed with IGT one time and asked for screen printing the job which was initially suppose to take 7-10 days ended up taking over two weeks. The whole experience felt like I had to keep up with them it was very UN-organized. When Igt sent me graphics to confirm i missed the first day so it fell in with the rest of my emails and i missed it.
