I called to place an order, and the representative instructed me to email my order to the address she provided. Unfortunately, the email wasn’t working, so I called back to let her know. She said she would call me back, but I never received a response. When I tried calling again, she didn't answer. Eventually, when she did pick up, she hung up on me.
