The IGS Energy was supposed to save me money. Instead the charges for "delivery" in the summer months were almost as much as my electric cost. I'd like an explanation as to how the cost was calculated for my July, August and September bills. I cancelled on July 30. When I called Ameren, I was told that the change would not take place till my October bill. I think that these companies should be banned from doing this to people.

Thank you, IGS charges for the usage, the Ameren charges the Delivery. You will always have Delivery charges. The billing is just broken out once with a supplier. Zero stars. They have rates far higher than their competitors. I cancelled and paid them the fee directly and then they proceeded to bill me through AES. This had been ongoing for 3 months and they still will not pay me back. I had to get an email together with them and AES just to get them to acknowledge that the fee had been paid. This is corrupt.

The "representative" was very adamant on wanting to see my bill to make me switch even if I don't approve. Horrible way to scam those who are unaware of the dangers of showing that information. They will switch you over even if you say no, as long as they see your bill you will be switched even if you say no while they give you info. The person also claimed that my household has been though them for "many many years" up until recently and wanted to "renew" my contract, as if I don't know who I pay my bills to!

I am sick and tired of these people showing at my door trying to scare tactic me into switching to their company! They show up telling us we red flagged because we did not respond to their letter. Then they ask to see my Duke Energy Bill. Why would they need to see my bill? These people to STOP this harassment! My supplier has never said I need to do anything except pay my bill, which I do. I'm NOT switching suppliers.
The same guy with this company has been coming to my door for months. So much so that he has learned my schedule and his been knocking on my door every week on my day off for the last 6 weeks. After he stands on my porch for 10 minutes he sits in his car in front of my house for 15+ minutes. I have pictures of him looking in my front window. This company is a scam company! I told the "representative" I wanted this fraudulent subscription cancelled two weeks before, April 2024, they sent me a bill. I called to make sure they cancelled and another "representative" told me she had no record of me cancelling my subscription. She told me she would check into it and cancelled today.
