Complete incompetence from top to bottom. I’ve been trying for over a year to resolve a simple billing issue and no one in the whole company that I’ve spoken to over the course of that time is willing or competent to fix it and instead keeps calling me to collect on the open balance instead of reading the note on the account that their mistake needs to be corrected first.
