Beware of this company took my deposit and sat on my job for 5 months while I lost the government rebate and then told me they couldn't do the job after weekly phone calls asking for updates. Don't trust them or the sales man Mark!
Had the team from IGreen install solar and battery at a very competitive price. From sign up to install it was about a week. Everything went smoothly and they did fantastic work. The guys cleaned up any marks and did a very tidy job.
I signed a contract with him being adamant thst he would be able to have it installed. He then had me pay for changes to allow for the solar before cancelling thr contract and costing me the higher rebate. Do not trust.
Unresolves issues that are still ongoing - for 2 years. Hand balling, inability to support installation warranty on solar panels and inverter. Very un professional and would suggest that you run in other direction rather than get involved with them. Terrible!!!!
Would highly recommend iGreen Energy for anyone thinking of getting solar power. Great customer service (thanks Harry & Olivia), excellent prices, and the whole process was a breeze - from sign-up to installation.
