If it wasn't for the physical property existing I would assume this was a scam. Don't trust their online system, I followed their instructions and booked space 80. I get there and there's a camper parked there. The first time I called, I did get a call back and they assured me they could get it resolved by the end of August. Well we're at the end of the month (2 weeks later), and they won't answer their phones, return calls, or nothing. I was really interested in storing my boat here — the facility looks great and seemed like the ideal spot. Unfortunately, I’ve tried reaching out multiple times: left voicemails, submitted a web form, and even followed up by email, but never received a single response. I’m posting this in hopes the owner sees it, because if it were my business, I’d be furious to learn potential customers are slipping away simply due to a lack of communication.
