I’ve had a wonderful experience with this dental clinic since my first visit. Appointments are usually available, front desk staff are pleasant and knowledgeable about insurance issues, wait time is practically none, doctor Tkachuk is professional, knowledgable and as gentle as I believe he can be with procedures. I’ve had roughly 6 cavities filled with him so far and recently returned for my final cavity filling and pain in my gums/tooth. The cause for the pain was immediately identified and solved. Dr. Tkachuk must be the best dentist on Staten Island and his staff is very pleasant. He gave me full mouth dental crowns and I feel like I'm 21 again instead of 41. I never wait more than 5 minutes to be called in. More like 1 or 2 minutes.
