Fantastic massage from Igor, very professional and considerate of my needs
I have had two personal trainers before Igor and neither were as knowledgeable as he is. I trained for 10+ years at one point and I thought I knew it all but admittedly I had to stop because of some injuries which were partly caused by incorrect training. Igor helped me get back to life through his sports massage (which he is amazing at) and decided to train with him as I don’t want any more injuries. Igor is an excellent Personal Trainer with a very professional interest in his clients. A well equipped gym with various cardio machines. I would highly recommend Igor to those with an interest in health and well being
