Terrible service. Be ready to wait for a few hours even if you have an appointment, even if you come on time. 5 mins appointment you will wait hours.
I came to get a referral for an mri. All I needed was a paper. The receptionists were helpful the first time but the second time was like them doing me a favor. The doctor I had to see for a referral, took 45 minutes to walk in and tell me I need an MRI. Duhh. That’s why I’m here. To get a referral. So incompetent and act like they’re so busy and important. The doctor walked in with a face like I’m in her way and she’s doing me a favor. Doctors don’t care about patients. So sad.
Best orthopedic doctor in Brooklyn. Truly recommended. Never had a complaint.
