Had very good experience with office staff. Had my colonoscopy done by Dr. Naryzhny. Highly recommend.
We work with the office and refer patients for further diagnostic testing and treatment.
Whatsoever unhelpful staff. They do anything for you not to schedule an appointment! The staff member just hung the phone because I was asking her regarding insurance information. SO RUDE!!!
A super disrespectful awaiting time. To wait for an appointment for 1,5 months-> to drive an 1,5h to get in time so you won’t delay anyone and…wait for 1,5h more just to hear that “Doctor will call you if you can’t wait anymore”. Excuse me, but why do we have an appointment system then? So disrespectful.
Terrible service! I do not recommend it.
