I ordered some tire chains for my snowblower. UPS transferred to USPS who then "delivered" my package to who-knows-where. I reached out to customer service who worked with USPS on my behalf to track down the package. No surprise, USPS lost the package. iGoPro shipped a replacement to me at no additional cost. I will be a returning customer.

They said, and I quote,..."We have no interest in doing business with you. Find it somewhere else." This is after they sent a wrong junky cheap part , and I called them out on being inept. Guess they can't say "Sorry" . Part # and cheap junk part were not what was ordered/pictured/wrong. No invoice in box and I requested a return label sent because I do not have a printer. Purchased what I thought were Honda mower blades. The product page says Honda on the title and description. I received Sten blades and when I sent a complaint was told the product page does not state "OEM"....well it does not state Sten either. Guess I will be purchasing all my lawn equipment parts elsewhere.

Super fast shipping and wow what a great blade set. I am running the 60" Hustler High-Lift Blade F20.50"-H-F-CW Hardened Steel Excel P/N 794685 On my 2020 Ariens Apex 60inch. Man what a difference, holds a super sharp edge, much thicker, much heavier and the high lift really pulls up and cuts through perfect. I found my new go to place for my lawn machine needs that's for sure.
