Avoid igo motors all together. Over the last couple of years they've gotten shady! Mechanics don't know what they're doing. You pay for the vip platinum package and when your car breaks down igo will keep it for along while. My daughter had no choice but to keep making payments on her vehicle or it would be repoed. VERY shady business. Never answered my calls and had my car in and out of service for OVER 6 months. Had no choice but to pay the car off and the next day it MAGICALLY was “fixed” after months. Drove it for a few days and it was messed up again. I wish that this had a 0 star rating because I didn’t even want to give them a ONE. NEVER AGAIN!! VERY DISAPPOINTED🤦‍♀️

Absolutely the worst place to go!!!!!! Sold me a vehicle that was already returned due to an engine power reduced. Was told it was fixed. 6 days later no engine power. They put it in the shop for 3 weeks. Was told everything is fixed!! Lie!!! Received the vehicle back. 3 days later same issue!! So needless to say owned the vehicle from February to the end of April! Had it for a total 19 days!!! When all you so is reset the computer the issue will come back!! We lost 2900 dollars!!!!!! WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!!!!
