I walked in to buy a few parts for my son’s Pw50 and I wasn’t greeted by anyone. Waited a few minutes someone finally said I’ll be with you in a minute then basically got me to move out of the way of the person who walked in shortly before me. There were 5 men working and I am female. None of them helped me so I walked out. I wanted to support local but online it is.
Great company. Employees are awesome. I ordered a part a yr ago. Forgot to go and pick it up. They are doing what they need to do in order for me to receive that part. Over the course of a yr things get misplaced but they will honor the sale from a yr ago.

Massive shout to the parts desk so I can get riding this weekend, helped source some visor screws that were impossible to find!!
I have taken my motorcycle in once for a service, and have ordered parts a couple of times. No issues.
