I attended a Firewalk, Breath work and Sound Healing session yesterday. It was AMAZING!!! I left the session feeling renewed, refreshed and replenished. The feeling of community was inviting and amazing being in the room with so many great human beings was great. Kiera, Mike and Eric were super inviting. This was my 1st event and it will not be my last. I am looking forward to working with them on the regular basis.
I recently participated in a short workshop activity with Kiera and her team at Ignite. The exercises were engaging and thought provoking even within a short period of time. A wonderful introduction to her coaching style!!
Absolutely life and mind changing! Such a supportive, knowledgeable team. I felt so safe and confident! Before walking I heard some of the others mention this was their 4th, 5th, 50th walk and didn't foresee myself wanting to walk more than once, but that very night I walked twice across 1200 degree coals and I look forward to joining another event by Kiera and this Ignite Leadership360 group!
What an amazing day full of connection, support and growth. Hands down, an epic experience
